I heard that there's going to be a third regional in Michigan. I think Ford is trying to get another one running but I'm not sure.

I'm still pushing for the FIRST Arctic Circle Regional!

There are already a lot of Alaska and Pacific Northwest teams, and I am sure that the Ice Breakers can scrape up enough new teams to make it work!

Rochester Regional??
 

There has been alot of talk for a few years of a regional in Rochester, NY. But there have been lots of problems with getting a venue. Hopefully we will see it happen soon. There are so many teams from upstate NY, I know if it happened it would be well attended.

I wouldn't mind seeing a Hawian regional...

It would be cool if there was a Toronto Regional... Since most Canadian Teams are in Toronto... But I doubt it would happen since the Hershey Centre in Mississaga is next to Toronto:( ... It would be cool if it was held at the Skydome:D

Hrm, Maybe at the blue cross arena. Or at the RIT field house once it's done. That would be sooooo great.

New Regionals
 

A regional in Boston, MA would be great- I haven't been there since summer n I miss it.. ::sigh:: I agree though, we should get more regionals in the mid part of the u.s. and extend in canada.. hmm maybe england. :) that'd be cool. Still working on the San Diego regional...should be up in 2004 or 2005. hopefully 2004.. ::grins::

I am sure the students would raise the few extra $$$$ to go there and spend an additional week or so.

I am also sure the coaches would put up with the extra work and suffer the exposure to the sun and heat as well as good weather.

We can tuff it out.

One of the South Carolina teams told me that the SC regional would be held at my old alma mater, University of South Carolina (Columbia, SC).

WHAT ABOUT INDIANANPOLIS?!?!

There are so many indiana teams, you'd think they would want to have one here...
