I kinda liked being upstiars, but its still sorta noisey up there...

Oh, and hte fact that team 108's animaiton is NOT on htat tape...AHHHH!!! WAHT HAPPENED? :(

did you submit in that conference? I seem to remeber you saying that you were going to midwest regional, and you may have decided to submit in that conference. Or, crystal method's high roller, being copyrighted, may have DQ'd you.

P.S. Are YOU going to be at Midwest?

Sorry about not posting in a while, been crazy with regionals and the REAL robot. Yeah, I submitted to Southern conference, but I did attend the midwest regional. I didn't get a chance to come find all of the animators I wanted to, as we were having tranny problems the whole time.

Yeah..so i got DQ'd for an unreadable disk and illegal music.... Never did get called as to ask if I had gotten permission or not... :( Oh well...ill make sure not to use ANY copyrighted music next year, and if I do, ill send written permission in WITH the entry.

::shrugs:: IF I submit next year...

I'll be here helping all the other animators I can as always, or through the 3D animators guild, But I may not submit next year...just out of principle.

I heard form our Animation Division Leader that the sound at UCF wasn't working?? Confirmation?

Sound was working..kinda hard to hear, but working nonetheless

By the way, did you see our animation? If so, what went wrong (assuming my sources are correct , and somehting went wrong)?

hmm...my memeory sucks and I can't quite remember the Ramtech animation. Got any stills somewhere of it to jog my memory?

I thought the the sound was okay, but there was noise coming from downstairs.

A suggestion to FIRST or Autodesk for next year: provide headphones for judges.
