Signature Lengths and Ventures

Signature Lengths
I turned back on the signature length limit, at the request of a few people (including myself :)) The limit is set at 7 lines, which should be enough to get a decent signature in there.

Ventures
I paid out this weekends regional winners and paid out the 2nd installment of the bonus points.
