would brecoflex belts be allowed?

Would timing belts purchased from BRECOFLEX (brecoflex.com) be allowed to use on your robot??

Also, if they are 'donated' to the team from a spondser or third party, would they count to the price cap?

This would fall under the "belt" listing on the Additional hardware list, which means you could use them without restriction.
