Congratulations Andy!!!!! You definately deserve this award. Although i've only been a member on the team for the past 3 years you've definately been a big and positive role model to me. Thanks for all that you've done and as DJ mentioned before, now you have to be in FIRST for the rest of your life. :D

Congrats! I know I've had a chance to talk with you a few times already, but I must say it again. You have truly touched my life and I have become a better person because I know you. You are a true inspiration as an engineer, man and human being. You already won many years ago by making an impact. Some of the TechnoKat adults joined me as I finished my meal at the team party. Since I basically only know Andy from the forums I didn't realize it was him sitting across from me at first. He then proceeded to spread credit for his successes to those around him who allow him to do all he does for all of us.

Maybe someday they will put up a big TechnoKats sign next to that Delphi sign. If so, it will be largely due to you and your efforts. I gather from this thread and others that if it's the team that makes what you do possible, you continue to inspire them to do it. Congratulations again and I hope next time I have a chance to talk longer with you.

Andy - I wanted to congratulate you in person, but we left fifteen minutes after closing ceremonies were over. Ah, well. Anyway, awesome job! I've been wondering since my freshman year when you were going to win that award. :) You are exactly the type of person FIRST needs. Keep up the great work! You rock! :D
