The New FIRST official Uniforms
 

This year, since the scoring objects are orange and yellow, and since last year, it was particularly hard to spot a FIRST official when needed, there are new mandated uniforms by FIRST. This is a test photo I was able to snag...



The judges will also be wearing similar uniforms, only theirs have flashing stripes running up and down them. Seems like Dean took a few outfit design courses from DEVO...

Which also reminds me that I heard that they would be playing at nationals this year. That could be another good reason for the new uniforms. This is all from a datapacket I picked up heading to www.usfirst.org while scanning the web...

I think that all goes to DEVO's 'Whip It' but I'm not too sure. Someone double check me here, and perhaps if we ask nice enough, FIRST would be kindly enough to let us DEVOted fans know so we could bring our plastic pompadors and DEVOed denim to Nationals.

Imagine if a team had those for a team uniform...man...u could really do some damage to the opposing alliance because they would look at you from the other side of the field and be blinded....hahaha

That's what our team uniforms look like for this year! Man, now we're gonna blend in with the officials...;)

Heh, yeah well now at least our MOE uniforms won't be the most visually obnoxious things at the competitions...

Wow, lol. I thought our uniforms were tacky. Cmpared to the judges outfits and the MOE outfits, we look like we are wearing Donatella Versace. I don't expect you boys to know who that is, but for the girls who are reading this, I do expect you to know who that is. I still can't believe how ugly those are. Maybe I should draw them up a couple outfits so the judges don't go around looking like that, lol.

I know who that is! She plays on a divsion II soccer team in Italy!
Also makes clothing, but I work retail so I have to know these kooky women things.
