we voted this year, but I think we are just going to let the few guys who stuck with the team decided who gets what job. Experience, and all that. And perserverance deserves to be rewarded.

lesse, thats all of five of us plus a few others . . . I get most of the design work, guy who knows a shop is in charge of telling us what to do to make it finished, programmer will continue to program. Still, its more of me having ideas and running them by the other guys . . . . the pick one they like, I do the math and we make some drawings, we try to beg help from pros, then we all go down to the machine shop, when we are done we turn it over to dave to put some code into it, thenwe frantically try to make it work before shipdate. At least, thats kinda how it went this year
