The armored trucks that do the pickup at Disney are 3 inches shorter than the rest of the Wells Fargo fleet so that they can fit in the 'tunnels' that were built above ground and then covered.
Interesting tidbit.
There is an elevator to the tunnels in the Castle.

AdamT 25-02-2002 17:31

I wanna go and explore those areas we're cut off from...I want to actually go IN the castle...

Wetzel 25-02-2002 17:55

Take a coupple of shirts with you. Alsom not wearing your team shirt....
Changing shirts really messes with securitys head...

Bondage 25-02-2002 17:59

For one - Disney's wild Animal Park - they got an Albino Rhinoccerous (spelling ick) for it... 2 days after they got it it died.. these animans are VERY endagered.. and when they did an autopsy.. someone had stuck a sharpened stick up it's recturm...... umm... disney has it's own private police force that has nothing to do with the rest of florida.... and florida police can't interfere with them....

AntiCrombieDuck 25-02-2002 18:14

AntiCrombieDuck 25-02-2002 19:35

prolly a missle or something from the cold war lol

Dave_222 26-02-2002 13:03

It is really an evil science lab where they keep the cryogenically frozen Walt Disney. And the un-developed M. Mouse clones.

A. Snodgrass 26-02-2002 13:18

I think possibly a kitchen for the restaurant on top of the castle...but hey wait...that is a logical guess...ACK!

AdamT 26-02-2002 13:56

Restaurant...in the castle? Wow do I feel stupid....

AntiCrombieDuck 26-02-2002 15:00

AntiCrombieDuck 26-02-2002 19:33

The elevator is mostly for staff only. It also goes up to the dinky little penthouse. and down into the tunnels.

Summmergrl2298 26-02-2002 22:45

no, for real, id like to know what's in the castle!

AdamT 26-02-2002 22:51

Summmergrl2298 26-02-2002 22:57

AntiCrombieDuck 28-02-2002 19:31

A. Snodgrass 01-03-2002 00:41

traditional scottish top!
or your teams top if it doesnt clash.

Wetzel 01-03-2002 00:49

I say clash away!

AntiCrombieDuck 01-03-2002 15:43

whats a traditional scottish top?

Carolyn Duncan 01-03-2002 23:40

Don't forget to accessorize! That's an important part of making every outfit a success.

Suneet 02-03-2002 11:24

Scottish

Well, traditional scottish tops include a certain kind of loose scottish shirt, or a certain kind of jacket/coat for pipers.

I'm not familiar with any internet retailers for this kind of thing...

Just to be sure, if you're wearing a kilt, you've got to wear a sporran, long wool socks, and perhaps spats on dress shoes.

AntiCrombieDuck 03-03-2002 11:21

accessorize with what? a bagpipe lol

A. Snodgrass 03-03-2002 11:58

No!
the sporran!:)

AntiCrombieDuck 03-03-2002 12:41

ok what is a sporran?

A. Snodgrass 04-03-2002 02:07

a sporran is a kind of pouch that goes around the waist and is made normally of fur and...well... if you want pictures search google. also a shoulder plaid would not be a bad accent either. actually both would be a good idea... unless you went with a jacket...and then dont do the shoulder plaid, it would be too much of a hassle.

A. Snodgrass 04-03-2002 13:51

if you DO do the shoulder plaid dont forget the broach!

AdamT 04-03-2002 13:57

How about YOU do all this Ashlee and then we can know what to get for next year!

A. Snodgrass 04-03-2002 14:00

Ive said it once Ill say it again. Im not wearing a kilt.

AntiCrombieDuck 04-03-2002 14:58

well wear that top junk then

A. Snodgrass 04-03-2002 14:59

not happening either.

AntiCrombieDuck 04-03-2002 15:03

Shannon pretty much got this -

Cinderella's Royal Table and associated facilities

An elevator to the Utilidors

And, if I remember correctly, an apartment.

There are no missiles, and the castle can't be disassembled in case of a hurricane. It is steel and concrete.

There are many, many, many places where you can go and enter into the Utilidors. So long as you don't *look*like a tourist, you usually won't run into any problems if you go into them. If you are questioned, just say you got lost, or something like that.

Alternatively, you can take a tour in the morning that includes a tour of the tunnel system - legitimately.

AntiCrombieDuck 04-03-2002 20:57

dude i want to stay in the appartment! That would be soo cool, thats prolly where woody or sumone stays lol

Dave_222 05-03-2002 12:59

You guys lost me some where around page 15 of this thread.

I went on that tour, it was pretty interesting.
Alot of walking, but cool to see some the behind-the-scenes inner-workings of Disney.

And, I agree with halo(unknown) .. this thread has way too much going on ... break off to a new thread if you want to continue anything :)
