Anyone got some suggestions for the site?

on the pictures page i suggest using a table to show about 16 pictures at a time, as trying to load all 200 thumbnails at once isn't the greatest idea ever. looking good though. also, on your main logo on the top of the page it doesn't have a black border like the rest of the page edges do. Me like though. Goign to michigan tech in the fall :)

hahahaha great.... U noticed the little thing that I did about the border. I lost my photoshop file for it so I tried to just edit the gif and put a border... turned out bad, so to fix that I have to remake the whole logo... :mad:
The picture page will be fixed soon. Our php code to give u a small thumbnail version of the picture isn't working yet(cause of our host.) Your actually downloading the full picture... most are like 800kb or more:ahh:
Hopefully u can be one of our mentors next year, college kids are our mentors:D

im not sure if im going to go into the robotics enterprize. im going into computer engineering so it really isn't first related so much, even though im the ex president of my first team :rolleyes: maybe i'll say hi everyonce in a while ;)

oh, and im on a dialup connection, so it was taking forever on the picture page and i gave up. i have a php photo resizer thing that i coded if you guys need it too.

Well u don't need to be in the robotics system enterprise to be on the team... Might not get credits for it though if your not :p
But ya could u send me your thumbnail code. I'll compare it to our own. Maybe it doesn't use a function that we want to use and our host hasn't enabled yet...

For now, my only suggestion is to limit the number of shouts on the right. From what I see, the list may go back to the beginning.

I just loaded the page in Netscape 7.02 and it does not like the "\". It should be replaced with "/". (For the shout box) Here is what it said:

Very helpful! Fixed now... but... people shouldn't be using netscape these days... It's just bad...
Also put the max posts viewable down to 20.

I don't use it much, but there might be some who do. (I also think that the problem affects other browsers.)
