Yeah, well... the "sumbissions" of course have sort of died down... but i hope that things have worked out for the people who DID get matched up- i'd hate to know that we matched some people up and something disastrous happened!!! :rolleyes:

Hopefully people are getting to meet each other too.. (i'm guessing that people WANT to meet each other...) lol. but i agree- if anyone cares to share some stories please do! lol

I am very excited about being paired up with Tytus...EVEN THOUGH HE THINKS I DON'T WANT TO TALK TO HIM...he's awesome! We are so much alike, its freaky @ times. We can keep up with each other > with both of us having ADHD < for only seeing him one time @ nat's, we know each other VeRy well I think and can only get better as we see eachother in the future @ different regionals. This was an awesome idea and EvErYbOdY should fo shizzle send in an application ASAP! And ya know, you can't expect anything out of this...cuz if you do, then I have found you'll be disappointed somehow. Just think of it as finding a new friend...and then grow from there. (now don't think I'm just some big pessimist, I'm not...I just don't expect anything so that everything turns out good and unexpected...ya know?!)
I also think the tying up idea is awesome! I wouldn't mind gettin tied up to a really cute guy for a day @ a regional. It would be fun. ;) ok, well I'm super sleepy now...just thought I would comment.

Lets see...

I was paired up with ashley weed, and when i first sent in my application, i was very doubtful that i would find anyone...all of a sudden one day i get a email from whoelse, Ashley! i was blown away that she responded to me first! anywho, the end of school came and went, and i had a summer job to attend to. And it helped me through the summer knowing that i had someone who was out there looking out for me. I also learned of ashleys diseases, and knew she needed someone to shine some love and support when she needed it and felt like giving up. I gave her encouragement and love, and when she was admitted into the hospital in the end of august, i was worried sick. i started a thread asking for prayers, just so that when she returned, she would know that people do care. I was all excited that i would see her when she came down for River Rage, me starting college, it was all going to be a blast. Unfortunatly, things fell through and she was unable to come here.

Now its Sept. 25, and i am pleased to announce that I am going on a road trip down there tommorow to visit my one true love.

More good news...

we are going to be engaged within the next year!
even better news...

Oct. 8th, 2006...Wedding Day!!!

As someone who has known Greg for awhile (who knows how long), I've gotten to see this relationship blossom. Congrats Greg!!! (even though I knew awhile ago, didn't I?) I really hope that everything works out better than you could even dream of.

And congrats Ashley. Greg talks about you a lot. You got a good guy. Good friend too.
