Already back at work!
![]() I just got back from IRI and I already have my LEGOs out! But what is that? |
A walking spider of course
|
Thats wikid cool dude!
Instead of makeing an cectipod try making a bipedial mechinism |
Its not a spider, it only has 6 legs!
I wish i had the time to play with my legos..and there also at school. Try making a spider that follows a flashlight, then make it annoy your pets:D |
quick hide that b4 my team sees it.. I don't know how many times we almost went with a spider legs drive train this year.. and last year
hrmm |
I made one of those by looking off of the lego site. lol unfortunately when I put the RCX ontop of it... it kinda collapses and flops around on the ground. Still, it's really cool! :)

Cory: Spiders don’t have 6 legs! More of a beetle… or a fat ant.
Tytus: Define biped. If you just mean walk backwards and forwards with two legs then that’s simple. Throw some turning/navigation in there and then you have a challenge! Maybe that will be my next challenge… Kevin: Sorry no pets! But that’s a good idea. Stud Man Dan: did your team actually make any plans for a walking robot or was it just tossing around idea concepts? If you did I would love to see them. |

:-) see with my team.. there really is never any official plans for anything we just do concepts untill someone says.. " uhh we ship in a week " well .. not quite that bad but It was seriously considered for a while, but then we just concluded we would not have enough traction everything that I could show you for designs were thrown away or erased off our actual drawing board ( which prings your drawings after your finished drawing ) Dan |
