Picture was taken at the last Thursday at the Chairman's winner dinner at Dean's house.

I actually have the same picture but of their backs!

I'm assuming it was last thursday, unless Andy always wears the same clothes and wore the same ones another time when he was at Dean's house with a bunch of other woodie flowers award winners.
