Use of the AKA Profile Field
 

The AKA field should contain your name, if you want. If your username is your name, then you can put your online screenname / nickname.

The AKA field shouldn't contain a silly phrase or sentence. That is what your signature is for. There is plenty of room there.

Leave the AKA field blank if you are not going to put your name or a nickname in it. The moderators and I will be clearing out the AKA field for you if there is a violation of the above two rules. If the abuse continues, the field will be disabled for your account.

The field is not being used as it was intended, so these rules had to be made. The site rules have been updated accordingly.
