Yet another illustrator question

For some reason, this simple thing that I'm trying to do seems hard. How do I make a new page in illustrator. Like a new page in the same project. I was thinking that this would be something simple but i just can't figure it out for some reason.

is there a way to take two illustrator files and combine them into one pdf file?

If you have acrobat you can combine two seperate PDF's into one with an INSERT command (I forget which menu it's on)
