Prayers...

I am Ashley Weeds boyfriend, and i have a request,,,

Ashley was admitted into a Pittsburgh PA hospital on wednesday afternoon, I would like to ask for prayers and best wishes to her and the outcome of the procedures...

For all of you that dont know ashley, she is an amazing person, and she has a brain disease that she has been trying to fight for a while, hopefully this procedure will bring answers and closure to her struggle of many long times of anguish and pain.

Thank you all for taking time to read this and for your input, thank you!

Greg

Maybe we can get brandon to put a banner up on the home page saying somethign like welcome home or get better soon. just a thought

Greg Perkins 08-08-2003 11:27

that would be awesome, brandon, could we maybe arrange somthing like that?

3 more days people, keep those wishes coming in...:)

Ryan Albright 08-08-2003 12:32

Indeed, I hope she has a fast recovery.

Best wishes whereever you are, Ashley.

Community of CD- is there something we can do together simply as a get well? A donation to a charity in her name? One massive E-card? A banner on CD as already suggested?

DanLevin247 08-08-2003 14:20

/me bows head and says a prayer for Ashley

Ashley, I hope all went well. From what I've seen, you are a tough gal and you'll kick this thing to the curb before too long.

As you can tell, there are many of us out here who are thinking of you and wishing you the best.

Good luck and stay strong,

Andy B.

THANK YOU!

Well, I have returned from Pittsburgh, and it sure is nice to be getting around a little bit on my own two feet for the first in almost two months. After horrific testing within a centrifuge for over an hour, and many other tests that are hard to recall thereafter, there are new findings of a venous angioma, IgE levels above 500, and only 3 percent function within my left ear. So far, the team of doctors from UPMC have a diagnosis of the autoimmune disease Menieres, that is co-existing and feeding to the neurological disease form of basilar artery migraines. Although they are in hopes of getting the neurological disease controlled within two weeks to allow me to go to college, I will still battle the Menieres. With new medical technology, treatments for living with Menieres are coming out everyday for different forms, and soon, I know one will show up for me.

Thank you very much, to all of you......... for keeping me in your thoughts and prayers. It was a joy to find this thread when I returned.

God Bless,
Ashley

[EDIT]
Fell free to contact me if you have ANY questions about anything regarding neurological and/or autoimmune diseases.
