Early Decision for Regionals?

Does anybody know what Regionals they ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT attending this year. In specific I'm interested in the Regionals in the Northeast down to the Mid-Atlantic.

Team 25 as always will be attenting The J&J Mid-Atlantic Regional, down in Trenton

UCF BABY!

The Megaforce, and their awesome wooden robot, will definitely be going to SVR in 2004.

If we still have a team, that is. =\

I'm pretty sure that we'll be going back to GLR. Gotta defend the 2-year title!!! :D

Canadian Regional for sure, and one other. Unfortunately, we can't defend our title at West Michigan because it's the same weekend as the CR. We often go to Great Lakes, but we are looking at others. A lot of our decision-making is financially based right now.

We will definitely be attending SVR.

For all the northern California team, Silicon Valley regional is definitely going to be filled up by when the first picks are done, and will be capped at 48 teams. So don't risk picking a far away regional as 1st and hope there will be spots left in Silicon Valley Regional. If you are a team based in Bay Area, you probably want to register for SVR asap so your family, sponsor, school administrations, and friends can come watch the competition and see how you do.

For the 6th Consecutive Year, we will be attending the Midwest Regional and are looking at St. Louis, Western Mich, Great Lakes, or Canada as 2nd regional possibilities.

Hopefully we will also make it down to Georgia. ;)

If you're seriously interested in Great Lakes, Ricky, you'd want to secure it first. It fills up in about half an hour after registration opens, or something ridiculous like that.

93 has always attended the Midwest Regional, and will keep doing so until we get a Wisconsin regional of our own (and we'll probably go to Midwest then, too!) :p

So Ricky ... can we hold a regional event in your backyard? ;) :yikes:

Ricky Q's Backyard, Oconomowoc WI

Umm, we have no lodging or pits, and I am not responsible for dog attacks.

BBFIRSTCHICK 24-08-2003 13:51

1077 is looking at Peachtree!!

MisterX 24-08-2003 15:50

Team 521 will be at UTC with out a doubt ( and for the first time ever will be attempting to attend a second regional but this is uncertain)

SarahB 24-08-2003 16:30

Team 30 will be going to J&J as usual. For our second regional we’re still deciding between SBPLI, NYC, and Philly.
