What color should MY hair be?

Ok, what color should MY hair be?
My school colors happen to be red and black, which happen to work well together.
I give a 95% chance of dying my hair the color/s that win the poll.

Carolyn Duncan 30-01-2002 15:29

You CANNOT have pink hair. It is forbiden unless you are on the VT team. So any color EXCEPT pink.

David Kelly 30-01-2002 15:58

the pink team 233 often paints themselves and their hair pink

AdamT 30-01-2002 16:53

Not this pink, I hope not at least, look at my picture over there

Here
<-----------------------

Carolyn Duncan 30-01-2002 22:47

Uhm, the Think Pink hair color was not the same as Adam's hair... Nothing could be like that

Wetzel 30-01-2002 23:08

Ok...I guess pink is out...

Nish 31-01-2002 00:38

it is often a cry for attention when people dye their hair. maybe this effort should be spent more producitvley?

What do you do that is productive. AND your shoes have buckles!!

Uhm... when you go to nationals aren't you trying to get attention for your team? is that not productive?

AdamT 31-01-2002 21:51

Ahhh comon. Where you in the room we busted into? If you know me, you'd know I'd do it whether I was going to a competition anyways.

Sometimes being non-productive can be refreshing and give you a new outlook on things. So from this point of veiw, having fun every once and a while and being non-productive can make you more productive when you're trying to be productive....

*giggles* Whose room was that? I feel bad for them. We stole their trash can and nearly got them busted at room checks. How many people can you fit in a closet sized bathroom? What about the bath tub? I know... hehehe

MissInformation 02-02-2002 18:57

How come orange with purple polka dots isn't an option?

AWiser 02-02-2002 20:04

You forgot two choices:

1) "all of the above"

2) "spin around in a chair while team members squirt random colors onto your hair" :D :D

ECarlson 02-02-2002 21:05

I think it should be the same color as your car.

Wetzel 02-02-2002 23:18

Hmmm...out fearless team capitan told everyone on the team to go and vote here...so far as I can telk, only two have.

skittle5 02-02-2002 23:44

People need to stop voting for Hot Pink

ECarlson 02-02-2002 23:48

Yeah, and I voted for hot pink, which you aren't supposed to use, but it would be cool (no pun intended).

Right now, we're getting this week's team photos ready to upload.

skittle5 02-02-2002 23:50

YAY EVERYONE SHOULD LOOK AT THE PICTURES

MissInformation 03-02-2002 00:00

Don't worry Wetzel, I canceled Eric's vote with my own.

I didn't understand this when I made the poll, but tradition prohibits me from going hot pink.

Yeah hot pink is NOT and option for your hair. Only one team can have that color hot pink and it ain't yours. NO offense of course but that's just the way it is.

Athgorn 03-02-2002 15:14

I dunno Wetzel, I think you should just do the oppsite of your car...maybe more people from our team just need to vote.

The oppiste of my car....what color would that me?
Now should i do half and half red/black, or streak it?

Wetzel 04-02-2002 23:19

And to the 200 or so people that viewed this but didn't vote...
VOTE! Have an opinion.

Well, I didn' vote but I think I already gave my opinion and it's really clear... NO PINK! Ok, that's that.

ECarlson 05-02-2002 00:42

Think Pink.

MissInformation 05-02-2002 08:47

Just say the word, Wetzel (or anyone for that matter) and I'll slap Eric around a little for you. He'll be saying "black and blue" then!

Athgorn 06-02-2002 15:40

Yes, Red and black would be the oppsite of your car i suppose...and yes, that would be my vote.

Mike

Wetzel 06-02-2002 16:24

I think the third shirt should be red/black tiedyed...
and do my hair in red/black streaks....fun fun fun!
:D

Bondage 06-02-2002 17:25

Hmmmm

You should shave your head... that way you'd look like Billy Corgan. Err. No.... I lied... You shouldn't.. But don't do Red and Black - Because I'm going to do red and black - and you know it will look SO much better on me *winks* And sorry dear- hot pink wouldn't look good with your skin color- Eric - I think YOU should die your hair hot pink...

Wetzel 06-02-2002 17:31

The entire team can do red and black!!
Team spirit!!
Justin, take note of this.

MissInformation 06-02-2002 17:34

Eric's been considering bright blue. Personally, I think he should go for it. Maybe I can do a little purrrrrsuading tonight....

Wetzel 06-02-2002 19:09

The intire team should do the same color(s).
Great team spirt, as well as a DTT (Dave Tracking Device)

ECarlson 06-02-2002 23:13

Where do you get special color hair dye? Many stores only have the traditional colors.

Wetzel 06-02-2002 23:19

Hot Topic is a good place...get the Special Effects over the other one, its better.
Another place localy is Sallys Beatuy Supply on Elden St. By GT computers(where I do all my computer shoping, I whole-heartly recomend them) and K-Mart.
Several others, but my memory is not operating at peak efficency rightnow....
Also, your hair may be dark enough that it may need to be bleached to take the color well.

Maybe you should be the one to dye your hair hot pink... Would make you a good target, maybe take the heat off Dave... Eh, at any rate it would give us all a person to point and laugh at as we yell POSER! hehe Your call though, so do what you will... but I'll be at nats and I will know...

ECarlson 07-02-2002 14:45

I know... We'll get some really obnoxious people to dye their hair hot pink, and people will think they are part of the hot pink team.

No, wait, that would be redundant.

(Just kidding):)

Don't worry, I won't be dying my hair hot pink. I was just giving you a hard time because it looked like you were taking the hot pink hair color thing way too seriously.

Athgorn 07-02-2002 15:06

Hmm, Red and black seems to be in the lead...I think that should also be the third t-shirt color

He's not doing hot pink because of my objections to hot pink:D And why would anyone want to take the heat off of Dave? A little advice from someone who knows a little something about getting even: if you really are thinking of getting him, you need to get a spy onto our team. Or a double crosser from our team.

ECarlson 07-02-2002 15:28

Since hot pink is out, I change my vote to blue. Unfortunately, I don't know how to change my vote.

Carolyn Duncan 07-02-2002 16:03

Heh, I was just foolin' about. Don't take me seriously. I really just wanted to throw that part about Dave in there... And I must say that for me to take anything too seriously is a joke, I don't really take anything serious enough. At least that's what I'm told... oh I don't know. But yeah, 'tis all good in the land of pink and blue...

heh, if you need anyone on the team to act as a spy or a double agent for playing a practical joke on dave i' m sure i could be persuaded

AdamT 07-02-2002 22:49

What are you people thinking?!? US? GET EVEN?!? Never?!?

How do we know that whomever we recruit off the boards wont get us in the end? We both learned that Dave can turn people easily... I say all of this as if we are planning to get Dave back. Let me say this WE HAVE NO PLANS TO GET DAVE BACK! I learn the first time... well, on most things. This is one of most things!

Lurk, lurk, lurk...

One might consider that last year's retribution was developed on the spot, in real time, with no opportunity for the careful planning and forethought that a truely creative response would normally deserve. Just image what might be possible if I had a little time to plot... (like a whole year)

But in the event I don't need to utilize a prepared response, I will also be bringing a full box of Krispy Kremes. First dibs go to Carolyn and Adam, to make up for last year. Your participation in last year's "event" can be excused because you did not have any prior knowledge of what you were going up against. I get to eat JR's, Alisha's and Joanne's since they won't be there and because they knew better and did it anyway!

-dave

------------------

I think I have found inner peace. I read an article that said the way to achieve inner peace is to finish things you had started. So today I finished two bags of potato chips, a banana cream pie, a case of Diet Coke and a small box of chocolate candy. I feel better already.

Wetzel 09-02-2002 00:10

Dave, are you going to dye your hair?
Team spirit!

AdamT 09-02-2002 00:17

Aww, thanks Dave...

I'm trying to figure out how to post anything to say we're not planning anything without sounding like we are. Hrrmmm. The funny thing...VCU, you're like a mile down on the same road as us.

No. But if Team 116 wins at VCU, I will shave my head.

I feel safe in making this offer, since I have seen our robot... (164.5 pounds and it's not even full grown yet! As Bucky Blankenship said, "it's time to get out the BIG SAW!")

Athgorn 09-02-2002 21:24

And what if there is one amongst us who has been planning with others for over a year to, say, suprise Dave?

Not that I would ever be the one to, er, suprise Dave, but it is just a thought.

Wetzel 09-02-2002 22:34

Dave, you may want to bring a The Club for your hotel door...

ECarlson 09-02-2002 22:47

The Door Club for men. Not only is Dave a member, he's the president.

MissInformation 09-02-2002 22:49

And if we win Richmond, he'll have to join The Hair Club for Men too.

David Kelly 09-02-2002 22:56

Project XXXX

Who told you about XXXX?!?!? Who has betrayed me???

And what happened last year that would require/inspire retaliation? I think I missed something of importance by not joining the team last year.

Id be willing to dye my hair out of team spirit and/or pure stupidity.

Is it too late to have you slap Eric for me? Oh, and tell him he sucks, I dont think I got enough in at todays meeting.

Graham - I feel Super

Almost forgot to have at least one sentence relevent to the "topic" of this thread: I think you should dye it red and black streaks and get the rest of the team to do it to. Getting Mike to dye his hair would be quite a challange.

MissInformation 09-02-2002 23:37

So, what brand of hair dye is best? This is asked for Eric, I will not be dying my hair. I already have enough problems getting my co-workers to take me for an adult, I don't need to show up with purple or blue hair. Or even red and black.

So, hair dyes anyone? Wetzel, you mentioned Special Effects, but that stains really badly. Manic Panic fades quickly, but doesn't stain as much. Any other kinds?

Oh, and I'm the betrayer of project XXXX. You should never rely on missinformation, silly.

To Do:

1) Have missinformation (shes a cat you know) spayed
2) Make sure Eric remembers that he sucks
3) Change every thing about Project XXXX and leave false clues to lead everyone off of the trail
4) Get police to let Project XXX out of the county lock up
5) Type up To Do list on Chief Delphi
6) Shut up now
7) Fail at item 6

Bondage 11-02-2002 03:07

special effects works best... I don't think it stains... But I'm a cairful hair dyer... what color should i dye my hair? I'm open to suggestions and will do almost anything... I mean... you guys see me... I'm a bit of a freak - and after all. I AM a Unitarian...
I think I'm going to start a project XXXXX just to continue it all...mwahahaha cup holders! no.. I will think of something better...and for some reason I think people already picked some random letters for a cup holders project..
ooh
I have an Idea
a good Idea at that!

Wetzel 11-02-2002 03:10

Red and Black...Red and Black....
Make the team stand out.
And Dave, you are going to shave your head, so why not die it before it goes away?

Athgorn 11-02-2002 18:05

Yes, well it seems to me that no one has said any thing about project XXX (or project Y, as it is other wise known). That would be the project that i happen to be working on (and yes, it was PURELY BY CHANCE that my project happen to be labeled project Y). This project shall remain secret and no one will find out because ONLY I KNOW ABOUT IT. There, I bested all the projects at once, (X, XX, XXXX & XXXXX).

And yes, it has something to do with chain malle.
