Re: Corporate Sponsorship... a piece of cake

Greetings Liberato!

Do not give up; all things are possible when you are a FIRST robotics team! You've done a great job so far. Please tell me when and where your regional is to be.

Visit every business owner in your area and show them photos of what you do and get them to help sponsor you. Also have the students write their successes and what they gotten out of being on the robotics team. Show the most inspiring successes to the business owner.

Our team will try to help. We are checking into some possibilities, but do not wait. Take action. We're not sure what we will be able to do. I need to know when and where your regional competition is.

Best wishes,
Michele

Re: Corporate Sponsorship... a piece of cake

Help! I'm interested in mailing letters to companies asking for their support becuase we specifically use their product on our robot every year. How do I go about the presentation item? Becuase they are not local, we cannot just drive there and show them our robot. Should I include pictures of the robot in build process/compeition in the letter, or tell them I can send them electronically (email)?
