we all know the Sox will!!

I'm voting Red Sox just because a) I don't like the Yankees and b) They need to take a very long break from the spotlight of baseball. Maybe the Red Sox "curse" will be broken, which will be pretty cool :)

I live in NY but used to live in Cleveland, where all I watched were the Indians and Braves. The Braves, unfortunately, screwed up this year.

I dislike the Yankees with utmost hatred (I know what I said is redundant), and I don't care about the Red Sox.

So, to respond, a 3rd choice should be added: "I don't care about either team winning."

Doesnt matter, Cubs will win in the end :D

As much as I don't like the Yankees, they will be their opponent though...id like to see a Cubs/Sox matchup though

I am with DJ and Coco on this one. I'd like to see the RedSox / Cubs matchup. Down with the evil Yankees!

As for sports, life is good if you are a Colts, Cubs and Purdue fan like me. woooohooo!

Going to school in Boston, you have to be a sox fan or else you will get your butt kicked. Seriously, though I think the sox are gonna take it all let me just remind all of you that watched what happend after the game. This was a quarter final match up and over here I saw 6 cars get flipped, riot police, and tear gas. One of the guys on my floor climbed on top of an ambulance. Sorry for pull the thread off topic but I must remind all of you...

The real question, is it who I WANT to win, or who WILL win? I'd like the Sox to win, because it would be cool to see them in the Series (especially against the Cubs) and I dislike the Yankees. Honestly, though, I think the Yanks have a better chance at winning. So, there's my split decision.

I forgot which magazine, but it asked, at the beginning of the season, wouldn't be cool if the Cubs and Red Soxs were in the World Series this year??
