So these RMP are provided by segway, or does a 3rd party buy the segways and convert them?

I think there is only one. NASA has a project to create a robot with the same range of motion of a astronaut in a spacesuit, and they stuck it on a segway. And it works.

It was in DC at NASA HQ recently. So cool.
