Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls
The Arizona Regional Planning Committee is pleased to announce that the incomparable Jesse McGuire trumpeter extraordinaire will be back at the Arizona Regional this year playing our National Anthem. Those of you who attended the Arizona Regional last year or those who attended the Nationals in Houston know who he is. Get ready for the goose bumps. Special thanks go out to AVNET Inc. for making Jesse's appearance possible. See you all in March. |

Well, Team 696 the Circuit Breakers of Clark Magnet High School in La Crescenta Khaleefornia, is proud to annouce that a miracle has indeed happened. We will MOST DEFINITELY BE IN ATTENDANCE! I look forward to seeing you all again. Before the event happens, we (CD users attending) will have to work out something whacky we will wear so we can recognize each other. The event is going to be Awesome. Has anyone looked at the team list lately? I see teams registered from Ontario Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, Massachutsets, and of course Arizona and California. That's three different countries and seven different states. And they are all gathering in the middle of the desert for the most fun period of three days anyone has ever experienced. One more great think I don't know if anyone else has mentioned, is that the Veteran's Memorial Colliseum is even bigger than the Sports Arena in LA, yet there are only 2/3 the teams. Can someone say "pit space" |

FYI AZ.
Our UCLA college anthropology team doing a communication study of our team is talking about attending Phoenix regional as journalists covering the event. |
Re: Arizona Regional
Good news!
A small research team from CEU (College of Eastern Utah) is going down to the Arizona Regional as part of the process to figure out if we can get a team going out here in the middle of the black hole for FIRST teams. There are no teams in the state of Utah right now, but may there be one (or more) in the next year or two of we can get the buzz going in the right ears. We are really excited.. See you all there! |
Re: Arizona Regional
