Team Listings
I think since you already have the team numbers in your database, it'd be nice to know who else from my team was on the forums. Just a sort of search. If this is already here, someone please direct me to it. I've already run a search so I'm not a totally lazy hobo.

Re: Team Listings
That was actually a feature in the old version of VB we had before this wonderful:rolleyes: upgrade!!
Maybe it was a custom feature of Brandon's though... Who knows? |
Re: Team Listings
It took me a lil bit of time a few days ago but i found it here still. You should follow the following steps to serch for members under multiple ways:
Hope this helps out, Mike |
Re: Team Listings

Re: Team Listings
The team list will be back soon (working on another big project at the moment).
For now, you can search for teams on the Member List's 'Advanced Search' page. Be sure to use 4-digit team numbers, though (ie: '0047', otherwise you get 47, 147, 247, 347, etc). |
Re: Team Listings
i was searching up different team numbers, and i always got 0 users. at first i thought that this was just the team numbers i was looking up (because i havent seen any posts from the teams im looking for and i really just need a way to contact them) and so i searched my own team ... and i still came up with 0 users which obivously cant be right ...
i was hitting the back button of my browser and found that in the advanced search page in the members section, there was a home page (http://www.art-5.com/) filled in. i think thats a bug, because i know that i did not type that website in and it just appeared when i hit back. |
Re: Team Listings
okay the searches were working fine for me for a while, but today when i tried to look up my team, i got the same thing as above (where no members would show up and when i clicked back i found a homepage filled in ... but this time it was a different website)
is it just me getting this ?? is it something wrong with my computer or vb3 ?? |
Re: Team Listings
Filled in to the search form?
Do you have form auto-complete turned on in your browser? |

Here, I'd turn off Autocomplete completely - in other words, uncheck everything. I'd also clear the Autocomplete history for both forms and passwords. This should fix your problem. If this doesn't work, download a virus scanner (I like AVG) and spyware program (AdAware or Spybot...or both) and run those to get rid of whatever might be ailing your PC. Hope I've helped. |
Re: Team Listings
Spybot Search & Destroy
Download and run that. See all the yucky stuff it finds. Then get rid of it. Wetzel |
Re: Team Listings
thanks for the help IMDWalrus and Wetzel ... seems to have worked.
