Yahoo! News is reporting that there are plans to announce a program to send humans to Mars and to establish a permanent colony on the moon in the next week.

M. The way you worded what you wrote caught me off guard the first time I read it i.e.

In our local newspaper last week they had this full page about the Mars project and the history of Mars Exploration. They had a short Q&A part and one question was "When does NASA plan on sending humans to Mars?" the response was that a date was roughly set for sometime shortly after the year 2020..

Technically, thats a misplaced modifier.

But then again, since when do any of us care about that whole English thing?
