There are 3 balls per team in the player station at the start of the match.
Any person may handle the balls.
Any person can hand the ball to anyone else on your alliance.
There are two ball chutes/corrals per alliance.
The human player is the only person allowed to cause balls to enter the field, and can not be aided by any object (sling, chair) or person (help pushing, standing on back/sholders).

Asking questions is ok and encouraged. Reading the manual before hand is also ok and encouraged. Tytus, you had a valid question, and I hope I answered it for you. I found the answers in The Game, section 4 of the manual.
