Find the closest authorized Bosch repair center in your area. As an example, My team is near Hartford, CT and there are two centers within driving distance.

S-B Power Tools has various locations across the US where they sell Bosch power tools. Here are three:

California: 714-779-4900
Michigan: 248-476-7788 (Livonia, I think)
New Jersey: 908-769-8208

All three of these places will ship to their customers, as I have used each of them.
