Here are the answers... 1. They were filled with water. 2. Team 175, Buzz, Hamilton Sunstrand Space Systems Int'l / Enrico Fermi HS 3. Well my wording was wrong again! I meant national championship winning robot, which would be Tigerbolt, but I will give credit to any college you name that was around in 92 also. Once again, Joe Ross nails down the points!
