FRC Problems, will not work

After doing some programming, and setting up the RC to talk to the OI, we had everthing working, but all of a sudden the other day, it has not been working right. The battery status light flashed green (which is normal) the programming light is steady yellow (even after a reset, which i know is not normal), and the Rx Data light will not even go on. I tried to tether the RC and OI and those light patterns are still the same. We charged the battery and the backup battery, they are both full power, and still the lights are the same, and no response from the controls, I have no idea what it is doing, if anyone knows what this problem is, or could be caused by, please reply...

Program State Yellow - solid - Ready for bootload. Waiting for new program to be downloaded from the PC. - PROG button was pressed on the Robot Controller.

Hold down PROG, and then redownload the default code.
