Thats REALLY sick! I love it! But why?
|
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
haha. Yum! Very creative, I have to admit.
|
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
i like it but using it for stratagy wouldn;t work with me cause i would want to eat them.....yum gumballs
|
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
Thats so cool and creative. Where did you get the idea for it?
|
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
This would be a wonderful idea for our media blast in a few week.
I think I may want to build one... |
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
thats a really good idea for strategy - the only thing is that the gumballs dont bounce like the rubber ones do... :)
|
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
One of the members on my team made a scale playing field model as well. I'll have to post a pic of it one of these days.
But we didn't use gumballs though! lol |
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
that is absolutly CRAZY :ahh: ! A) I would have never though of something like that (i.e. candy) B) I dont think I would have the self constraint to finish it even if I did think of it C) even if I wouldn't eat all the candy my teamates would & finally D0 I just plain wouldn't have the time ! 'Grats to y'all

Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
Absolutely amazing. It is very noteworthy.
Not to nitpick or anything, but there is one thing that looks a little out of scale: the bar around the bonus balls looks a little too high. But overall, that is awesome. I wouldn't be able to do that during the build season. |
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
If that was in our robotics lab .... the balls would be gone within a day.
|
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
I'm going to have to post a picture of our SCALED model of the field. It is made totally with wood and ping pong balls.
|
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
Too Cool!!!
You should bring this to nats and display it like how some other teams did last year (with other scalled down fields). |
Re: pic: Gumball Mini Field
i love it!
