Team 5's Robot

Well - here are some pictures of our drivetrain from our 2nd practice robot. We do everything we think will work on here - and what ever works best we put on our actucall competiting robot (we are building 2 bots.)

Drive:

Now here is our "special action" item that will help us out for the bar/balls and many other things.

(sorry for the bad image - and for height on the stick - I'm a little over 6 feet tall) :D

And here is where that arm will mount on to

I'll try to get some pics of what will be helping us drive and maybe even the real robot! Hope this helps all you scouters and help see what team 5 has in store!

Looking good guys! Can't wait to see it up close.

I have a couple of questions. Does the single globe motor control the orientation of all four wheels? Are you using slip-steering for vehicle rotation? And, finally, can I play with it?
