Can i use midis that sound kinda like sounds

I have some midis of blink 182 songs i would like to use...they sound kinda sorta recognizably like the songs but they are not the songs just midis that sound like the songs...would this be okay to use in the animation?

I suppose a lot of that depends on whether or not you made the MIDI files yourself. That is the interpretation many people are taking on the rules.

Sometimes I feel the AVA rules are far too vague...
