Shipping-Does crate have to be banded or wrapped

Our crate, when shipped, will be bolted shut. Will it be required that we still shrink wrap it or band it?
Thanks

Yes. The banding/shrink wrap is a 'its been closed since it was shipped' thing. It is not a requirement to keep it closed.

Another thing about the shipping
whats with the email about the form for the dryage, the midwestern conference thing where you have to prepay for something?

I was under the impression that we didn't have to pay for shipping / storage

If your crate is over 400 lbs they will charge. I think it is about $40.00/100lbs. I could be wrong but I think I am close.
