pwms 13 and 15 in autonomous mode

Hi.

our team is having problems getting our drive motors to work on pwms 13 and 15 in autonomous mode. I found another thread that said you need to add generate_pwms(); to auto mode. i did that and only pwm 13 outputs. Has anyone had any of these problems?
