Does anyone know how to disable the port mirroring so we can use more than two joysticks at a time?

Port Mirroring? If you are refering to pins 15, 8, 9, and 5, Don't worry about it. On p1 and p3, they're LED drivers, and on p2 and p4, they're second ins for p3 and p1, respectively. The default code guide gives the pin guides.
