We tend to leave the button designs up to everyone an we try for as many different buttons as possible we've had as many different ones as 82 but this year we only have about 20 designs. We also make our own at button meetings ether at Visteon or at my house and try to include forms of entertainment while doing so (Halo anyone?). Making buttons should be fun so try not to stress over them too much.

Lol The same thing happened to me. We were supposed to be having a button meeting, but we decided to play SSBM instead. lol

some teams give out unofficial awards for best button design, best uniform, biggest gear... whatever you want to bestow honor for on other teams
last year we got an award from another team for best button design (this aint your daddys science fair- button) at cleveland, and we got two team spirit awards from other teams at the canadian regional |

A good quality button maker is a great investment. That way, everyone ALWAYS has a job. Plus it's a good way to help out the rookie teams at competition who may not realize that this is such a big thing.
