Last minute 'can we use'?
 

Okay, our whole team (or at least those who are here), are about ready to feel slightly retarded, but such is life.
I know there was a thread else where that might have had the answer to the question I am about to ask, but heck if I could find it...
All right, Question. The tread given in the kit of parts is on a spool. Do rules allow for the use of this spool? (It isn't in the kit of parts, at least not that I saw, but we want to be extra sure.) We would appreciate an answer as soon as someone can give us one.
