Warning! Check the screws on your Maxi fuse block!
 

While working on our second robot we noticed a problem with our Maxi fuse block. It seems that the metal connectors are held to the plastic block only by a single screw on the underside. We've found that these can loosen and cause problems. Make sure that your connectors are screwed in tightly enough!

we had that problem too, the wire kept coming out of the soket and loosening the connection. We found someone strong and screwed it in like there's no tomorrow. Not a problem since. :)
