iF @ 2004 UTC Regional

To whom it may concern,
I am writing this letter on behalf of iF; The Inspiration Foundation Inc.
Many members of iF will be present at the UTC Regional this weekend (from Friday on) in Hartford, Conn. We will be having on and off meetings at different points to discuss topics of interest.
