We're flying in from Phoenix.
There will be 19 of us arriving Wednesday afternoon. We are not renting vehicles Anyone with experience in Atlanta have advice on how to get to the hotels? Shuttle? Cabs? Rail Transit?

For anyone flying in and staying in the FIRST recommended hotels, the transit system MARTA is your most convenient way to get to your hotels. Just check out their website at: http://www.itsmarta.com/.

I hope that helps.

I have a few suggestions. If its a coch bus make sure u take a quarter so you can lock the bathroom. Once one person goes it turns in to a parade. Also there is enough room for atleast 5 people on the floor to sleep. (this is wicked comfortable) then the five people in a seat alone becuause of the people on the floor, the people alone in the seet can stretch out. Thats the only way most of us could sleep for longer then 20min. I know this becuase we went to FL from MA 26.5hrs and I learned a lot how to stay comfortable

Last warning dont sit next to a female... They tend to get makeup happy when your sleeping because they get "bored". She got me on the way home and i did not wake up till she was almost all done... hehe

86 is taking a coach bus. It should only be 7 hours though so that shouldn't be too bad.

The Miracle Workers are flying down to Atl. I wanted to take a road trip down but the cost of gas these days and a team that competes together should travel together.

201 is flying Northwest from Detroit to Atlanta. For the first time in 4 years, we actuall have a direct flight to Nationals. Amazing! Last year, we had a stop in Cincinatti, and the 2 years before, we had stops in, of all places, Atlanta.

I dunno 12 students and 13 mentors and parents BWI straight to ATL won't be so bad.
