inventor help
i installed inventor on a computer and when i started to draw a circle and i was done the circle move a little to the left and other drawing it does that to. i don't know what it is but it makes me mad because i have to find a line when i know i places it there. really confusing if anyone can help me i just started and don't know what to do so please help me. :mad: :mad: :mad:

I'm not sure what exactly you're describing. do you mean the center point of the circle jumps? If so, you can easily fix this by dimensioning the distance between it and the edges of a part, or other features on your drawing. I'm not at home now, so I don't have inventor, but I can help walk you through it a little bit later, if that'd help.

I don't quite understand your problem either but this may be what you need. Go to Tools>Application Options Under the Sketch tab, click the checkbox that says "Snap to grid"
