Team 195's tranny that year wasnt a dog shifter, it was a pin shifter. Similar but different... As for the slide we use whats called a rexnord bushing, its a hex bushing that slides easily on a hex shaft, if you want I can take a pic of it for you and get it to you maybe next week.
