I've added:

Full bug reporting capabilities (does not use 3rd party bug program):
- Report bugs with description, line numbers, and version
- Automatically displays relevant code below report.
- Users can "Report a Fix" in order to change the status of the bug to "fixed". The red X means not fixed, green check means fixed.

In addition, I've added a "most recent contributions" listing to the repository index. Lists name of contribution and type (bug report, version, entry, or comment.)
