Ode Du MORT
Recently one of our sponsors, Givaudan, said that they would create our own fragrance. They would produce it and put it in vials, for us to hand out at our vaious regionals. My question is: what would you most like to see or smell, as our fragrance?

I dunno about "Eau de Pits" - it can get pretty rank in there.... How about the sent of new metal? :D Seriously - I'd like to see er-um smell the sent of fresh engine oil. I dunno why - there is just something that I like about the smell of fresh engine oil... :) |

Re: Ode Du MORT
However tempting the smell of WD-40 would be...I have to go w/ Cinnabons or Krispy Kremes.

Re: Ode Du MORT
How about Ode Du drill motor
|
Re: Ode Du MORT
I choose "other". I think you should have a "Mountain Dew" fragrance. :D
(Although robot wise I think you should have "Burnt Bosch". No smell reminds me more of the robot than a burnt or burning drill motor! :yikes: ) |
Re: Ode Du MORT
Surgical tubing! Or Victors. =D

Re: Ode Du MORT
How about that lovely smell of ozone (well probably some by product of it, or maybe even the lack of smell created by it) that electric motors make when they arc. Especiall the Fisher Price.

Or another really great smell is in the waiting line for the ET ride at Universal Studios in Hollywood. I can't describe it, you would have to smell it for yourself. Or, as Andy Rooney (sp?) once said, "the best smell to have, is no smell at all" |

Re: Ode Du MORT
How about the smell of freshly cut lumber? I volunteer to help build the playing field every year just because of that smell.
