Koko, are the divisions teams, or are they little brackets with which a group of 12 compete in?

I got how the divisions work.

Now I was wondering what the winner's prize is this time. Specificly for BtB because the drafts are getting organized and people are signing up and making divisions. This is being discussed some what in the BtB division 2 thread, but I thought I would shift it over here, because it is the main offseason Fantasy FIRST thread.
