E3 Almost Here...

That's right guys, the annual Electronic Enternatinment Expo, or E3, is almost here. The doors open on Wednesday, but most major companies will have huge announcments on Tuesday. Microsoft, Nintendo, Sony, and even Sega will have huge announcments to make on this day. Nintendo has the mysterious handheld device called the DS, Microsoft has the Xenon, or XBox2, and Sony has the PSP, or the Playstation Portable, while Sega has something they will say is huge, but nothing more.

To keep up to date, here is a great official e3 site...

Re: E3 Almost Here...

I'd love to go to E3 someday, it's sort of a dream of mine :] Halo 2 and Half Life 2 are the top on my list, even though Half Life 2 has already leaked out. I can't wait for Resident Evil 4, which is going to be one of Nintendo's few great things - I used to be the biggest Nintendo fan, but as of late they've just been lagging behind everyone else.

Re: E3 Almost Here...

E3 should be great. I'm looking forward to seeing what the PSP is going to do along with the Nintendo DS (more interested in that). More importantly, I'm very curious about whether or not there will be a new generation of consoles to be released.

Other curiosities:

Zelda, Wind Waker 2
Metroid Prime 2
and other Nintendo stuff.

TRIBES: VENGENCE!!!!! Although that's later in the year it's still gonna kick $@#$@#$@#.

I hope sega's announcement has to do with them bring back the dreamcast. Its such a waste to have it just sitting in my closet. They should start making braodband adapters again, so I don't have to pay $90 on ebay. Or some awesome expansion thing that makes it kick a whole lotta $@#$@#$@#.

I've definetly got to go with the MS products here. I love the XBox, and Halo was definetly one of the best FPS to come out. It is still good even today, after a year or more, which is pretty good if you ask me...

Here's the Nintendo DS, not nearly as cool as I thought it would be, I thought the LCD's would be ontop of eachother to create a 3D effect.

call me old-fashioned, but i am stil a loyal Nintendo fan. i like their games the best for the same reason i like FIRST: creativity and innovation. nintendo is always the company pioneering new gaming territory. they also own silicon knights now, another excellent game company (anyone play Eternal Darkness?)

Nintendo needs to stop throwing so much money into making a new version of the Gameboy every year, and focus more on great games.

Well, I bought the first one and wasn't impressed... at all... if they improve the songlist I might get this one, but if they don't I'm just going to shun the Ultramix series forever. If you're wanting to get into DDR, stick with the releases that are for Playstation 2. :]

What do you mean? Have you ever played some of the games for the GBA. They are really really really good. Some of the new Mario gameas are the best ever and Im not talking about the remakes.
