All the drafts for the season long event are complete.
Keep an eye out as soon as IRI is done.
There will be a sign up period until December for next season.

Though there may be smaller, unofficialish leagues / single event drafts unrelated to the main FF game you can join, so don't give up hope completely! Last year I was able to join a Championship 3 team pick event and an IRI draft.

There is also nothing saying that you can't start your own league to do a given event. If you need help, just ask.

I have a question on the tier system, if you don't mind. Basically, the tiers are different leagues, from what I understand, with a relegation system similar to British football (the Premiership is at the top, then there's Division 2 and so long). And, as a newcomer to FF, I would start in the lowest tier?

The tiers are generated randomly, you will not always be with the same people.

I've seen all of the drafts and picks for the 2013 season. Now I see that 2014 season starting.

Where are the results of the 2013 season? Who won? Who lost?
