IRI Flights...when are you going?
 

Well its aroudn that time when i need to book my flight into Indy. And i dont know what time to come in. Then i dont know how im going to get from the airport to either the omni or the school or somthing. So is anyone else coming in on thursday wanna share a cab or wanna pick me up? What time? Need to schedule the flight sooon!

Im coming in on tuesday around 1:39 hopefully. (I havent gotten the tickets yet) Then I head to DJ's Resort and Casino with Meli W. for a few days.

Ironically, Schindler & I will be arriving within 10 minutes of eachother...same airline, same layover locations and times, same departures...different planes.

So...
arrival: 9:30 am-ish Thurs
departure: 2:40pm-ish Sunday

We shouldn't have that problem. The scoring system made a HUGE improvement this year. We should be good. :]


Ken, you don't need any sleep. Or, you can sleep during the middle of a round and forget to do what you're supposed to do. [I did that halfway this year once]

Ken, I can pick you up from the airport, and anyone else who gets in around 4:00pm on Thursday. I work near the airport so it is very convenient for me.

Looking forward to seeing everyone ... its right around the corner!!

From the airport to the high school (or northside hotel) those guys will charge you at least $20-25, while my "limo" service (first come, first served) is FREE!

I also can contribute a "limo" service, but mine will arrive at the airport about 3:10 instead of Stu's 4:40

Hopefully, there will be rides available from the airport. However, to effectively plan this out, we need to make sure we are covering everyone's flights. If you have not already posted your flight time, please get in touch with myself, David Kelly, or a member of the IRI Committee.

I am driving down with my Dad.

I'll be leaving NH around 8PM Wendsday Night, and will be arriving in Indy around noon on Thursday.

Ill be riding in with the 222 crew on thursday late afternoon like we did last year. We'll be at the Super 8 and will be leaving on suday. You can count me in on tare down and clean up after the event also.

Stu Bloom is going to pick you up, Ken. Rolls-Royce is just a short 3 minutes from the airport where he works. He will contact you, I assume and give you details. :]

I spoke with Katie Reynolds about a possible ride, so she will be meeting us for food too (I assume that means Big Mike will be there as well). Maybe we should have someone in the Indy area set up a reservation? I mean, depending on how many of us come, we could really overwhelm a restaurant.

Anyway, I have to clarify a few things with Katie, but Andew and I (and his friend?) still are looking for a ride until then.

Life just got a tad easier!

I got a call from Schindler about how his flights were changed on him. Upon checking, we now are on the same flights except for the Sunday departure to O'Hare. Sooo, looks like about an hour wait for "JVn'Aaron" afterwards on Thurs.

I made a valiant effort to get some money back from united airlines since they changed my flights and times... to no avail.
