[FVG]: Final Decisions
 

This is different from the Decisions thread because there will not be too much discussion here, it is meant more as a place to have all the final decisions organized. here are what we have decided so far:

• Game: 2004, FIRST Frenzy
• Language: C++
• Engine: Crystal Space
• 2D formats: jpg, gif, png, tga
• 3D format: 3DSMAX (unless a problem arises)
• Sound format: ogg
