[FVG]: Testing

Hey everybody. We need to get some testing going. here are some early projects:

programmers
- get main menu running in CS
- try to get a prototype voodoo joint responding to the mouse
music
- get a song to load in CS
2D
- load images into CS
  - gif
  - tga
  - any others we plan on using
3D
- load 3DSMAX model into CS
