We are admiting a maximum of 30 teams into the competition at the price of $250. Teams such as 365 (moe) and 175 (buzz) annually attend our competiton. We would like to make this as big as possible for our fifth annavesary. So if any teams are interested please feel free to cheakout our web site it will have All of the information you could need. See you there.

Rick Gibbs 24-03-2002 18:17

T-Rx 145 has been there every year and plans on attending again this year. It's a fun competition while FIRST energy is still near its peak.

Dave_222 25-03-2002 12:57

I know we will be glad to have you here. Oh and by the way great job in Philly. We had fun competeing with you.

rachakate 26-03-2002 21:47

Where is the website?

Mike Norton 27-03-2002 07:41

Are you going to have events during the break like last year.

Maybe:

tug -of-war

the most balls picked up and placed in a goal in 2 mins.

Fastest mouse in the house.

Dave_222 27-03-2002 12:51

the website is www.tahsroboticsteam.org and as far as I know we are going to have specialty rounds.

Dave_222 27-03-2002 13:00

[color=orange]As it sits right now we have 16 teams. The specialty rounds that are set in stone are the tug-o-war and most balls in 60 seconds. You can see all the teams that are coming by clicking on the robot challange link on our home page. If you are interested in sighning up you can do it there.COLOR]

Ken Delaney 27-03-2002 14:17

Team 357 Royal Assault plans to be there. We really enjoyed the experience last year.

Rick Gibbs 27-03-2002 20:29

I vote for a tug-o-war. T-Rx was undefeated last year at Nationals.

Dave_222 04-04-2002 13:06

Well folks we have 23 out of a maximum of 30 teams signed up so if you gonna come you need to signup now. We would also like to say thank you to the teams who have been coming to the competion for several years now especially t-rx. Thank you for keeping the competition alive for so long.

was there a tug of war last year we didn't know about.

We were at the nationals and didn't see a tug of war.

If there was you are lucky that we didn't pull agaisnt you.

We have not lost a pushing or pulling match this year yet. Most of the robots get flipped over when they try to stop us.

Dave_222 10-04-2002 13:57

To all teams attending the competition and intend on buying the $10 shirt, you need to let us know how many you are purchaseing.

Ken Delaney 10-04-2002 15:17

Members on our team were wondering what the t-shirt looked like. Do you have a picture or could you describe it?

MrsT 10-04-2002 15:51

looking forward to it!

225 will be there again.

Tigertrons always do a good job hosting....and its a nice last event for our seniors.

The reigning champions shall return!

I'm not sure if we are registered yet, but the Robo Wizards Team 522 will be there. Good luck to all of the teams competing this year.

Dave_222 16-04-2002 13:05

522 is registered.

team222badbrad 16-04-2002 16:00

Here is a rought draft of the shirt design

1 Attachment(s)
I think the price for these shirts will be 10$$ I am not positive though?

*******This is a rought draft only! They will have names of each state on them, if a team from NJ is playing at PRC it will have NJ on the shirt.

****We are also having 2 specialty rounds TBA
something like a score the most points as possible and some sort of drag race type thingy???????

Rick Gibbs 16-04-2002 18:14

Speaking of color, Purplehaze357 is your hair going to be purple for the Challenge. I didn't see any purple hair at nationals and I am going through withdrawl.:D

Ken Delaney 01-05-2002 08:41

What is the schedule for this event? I did not see a start time on the website. Maybe I just missed it. What is the earliest we could get there to set up the pit?
