Parameters to private.php?

With the HTML MAILTO protocol, you can specify CC=, BCC=, SUBJECT=, and BODY= parameters. Is it possible to do the same with the private.php template? (I want to include a link in my signature for people to send me a PM requesting a Gmail invitation, and I would like to include the message subject in the link.)
